Our facility in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan, India spans approximately 20,000 m² (5 acres) and supports the production of standard as well as customised piping components.
Process
A controlled manufacturing sequence
Every component follows a defined route with inspection stages built into the flow rather than added at the end.

Raw Material
Incoming material is identified and recorded against the applicable specification.

Cutting
Material is cut to the required size and length for the next production stage.

Forming / Forging
Hot and cold forming or forging operations produce the component geometry.

Heat Treatment
Controlled heating and cooling achieve the required mechanical properties.

Machining
CNC machining brings bevels, bores and facings to dimensional tolerance.

Inspection
Dimensional checks, PMI and applicable NDT are carried out before release.

Dispatch
Marking, protection and export-ready packing prior to shipment.
